LABOUR DAY! =D

HAPPY LABOUR DAY EVERYONE! ITS THE FIRST OF MAY! *dances around and throws confetti* i WISH every first of a month could be a holiday... now that would be something nice to think about..

ANYWAY.. before i start dreaming of more impossible things, i hope everyone's labour day was.. meaningful..? Mine certainly was. Went to settlers cafe at SMU to see how an idea of a young adult's fun-time would be(even though i'm not one yet =/) and really enjoyed myself. The unending flow of drinks and snacks were insane! I had my breakfast n lunch together there, freeflow drinks and had a blast playing the board games there all for $13.20! Honestly, settler's is the place to go to unwind and relax with friends next time haha. The staff there were ever-so-helpful too! They taught us how to play games i've NEVER heard before, ensured that drinks were always available and snacks were topped up the moment they were finished. Very good efficiency haha! Of coz, thanks to brother andrew for booking the place for us! And everything else too! After playing a particular game concerning dinosaur cards and bones, i laughed till i almost felt like vommiting. Too comical for me to describe with words. =P I'm so impressed with settler's that i shall advertise for them haha! Seriously go there to relax and chill after the exams! Board games aren't all that bored.. especially games you've never heard of before =P

After the allocated time to play was finished, met up with ws, alvan, debbie n jx. Wanted to play smore in settler's, but after considering, we decided to catch a movie. But then again, no good movies to watch, so we went back allll the way to lot1 to eat long-john-silvers hehe. Apologies to them again! Didn't mean for you guys to waste your time haha.. =/ i shall plan better next time haha. Anyway, after a very full and unhealthy dinner, we went to popular where i enjoyed laughing at the "true singapore ghost stories" book 18. Didn't know books with such lame stories could sell till to the number 18th. Don't get me wrong, i used to love reading those books, in fact i've a collection up to the 13th. But the higher the book series went, the more retarded the stories became. In the 18th edition, the very first story i read was about some kid who saw zombies... like wtheck? -.- we don't need over-active kid's imaginations in these kind of books. Luckily i didn't continue wasting my money on the rest of the books. After getting bored with the retarded stories, i went home.I'll like to congratulate mervyn on playing 7 hours of dota during labour day.. quote from him, "labouring about dota". Right... NO LIFER! =P
